Ford México is seeking a Senior Associate, HR Shared Service to execute core HR functions such as HRIS, compensation, benefits, staffing, and compliance. The role delivers tech-enabled service to employees and managers, bridging traditional HR operations with modern technology.

The ideal candidate will leverage Microsoft 365, AI tools, and data analytics to enhance accuracy, empathy, and efficiency in daily HR workflows within a hybrid GTBC and Naucalpan-based environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IT, Digital Business or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• English proficiency level C1/C2 required; Portuguese desirable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or related roles where technology was used.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to bridge operations with modern tech tools.

Responsabilidades

• Tech-enabled customer service: manage employee data, payroll coordination, and benefits enrollment with data integrity.
• Identify manual tasks and drive improvements through data analysis.
• Perform HR administration tasks including onboarding/offboarding and data management.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate clearly with teams and leaders.
