What you’ll do...

• Provide HR support to different areas of the business, advising on personnel-related matters.
• Support onboarding and internal mobility processes.
• End-to-end support in the logistics, design, and execution of events.
• Serve as the first point of contact for Champs' questions.
• Coordinate and consolidate Purchase Orders (POs).
• Execute the Performance Champs project.
• Adapt the People Cycle Plan to the specific needs of the Champs.
• Implement indicators to measure the conversion rate of Champs into Full-Time roles and evaluate their subsequent performance.
• Translate business needs into data-driven insights to support HR decision-making.
• Participate in AI-applied HR projects and digital transformation initiatives.

You’ll have...

Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience: Internship, academic project, or other practical experience related to human resources, data analysis, or a related area is valued; extensive work experience is not required.

Languages: English proficiency at B2 level or equivalent.

Technical Tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Nice to have: Additional training or experience in data science, analytics, or statistics is a plus. Familiarity with Python or SQL is also a plus.
