The role emphasizes MS 365 and Generative AI tools to optimize delivery, requiring 1+ year in HR operations and strong English (C1/C2). Hybrid work with GTBC in Naucalpan is available.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in HR, Business Admin, IT, Digital Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or related roles with tech usage.
• English proficiency at C1/C2; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute core HR functions including HRIS, compensation, benefits, staffing, and compliance.
• Deliver tech-enabled customer service to employees and managers with speed and empathy.
• Bridge traditional HR operations with modern technology and processes.
