Job summary

Klar is hiring a Business Architect to join our Mexico City office in a hybrid role. You will turn opportunities across the employee lifecycle into practical tools, connected information and smarter workflows that simplify life for employees and the People team.

Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll work with People, Legal, IT, and Finance to design solutions, build AI agents, and measure impact while documenting your work for broad reuse.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business analysis, process improvement or automation.
• Hands-on experience building workflows and integrating systems using code or no-code tools.
• Comfort working with data to validate outputs and measure results.
• Structured thinking to convert messy processes into clear plans.
• Clear writing for technical and non-technical audiences.
• High ownership to push work across teams until results.
• Good judgment with sensitive employee data and privacy.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement solutions for operational and compliance needs.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI across the employee lifecycle.
• Translate needs into requirements: processes, data sources, rules and metrics.
• Build and improve AI agents, prompts and workflows for employees and HR team.
• Decide when to build, improve or integrate external tools.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, IT, Engineering, Data and Finance to deploy solutions.
• Measure impact: time saved, reduced errors, adoption, and experience.
