Job summary

J.S. Held LLC is seeking a Senior HR Analytics, Compliance & Technology Solutions Lead to advance people analytics, HR compliance, data governance, and HR technology strategy.

Based in Mexico and supporting a global HR organization, you will translate business needs into scalable solutions across systems, data, and processes. You will collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, and vendors while aligning with global teams and ensuring governance, security, and reporting integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations with responsibility for people analytics, HR compliance, reporting, or data governance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Strong HR technology experience, including solution design across core HRIS, recruiting, learning, performance, or compensation platforms (BambooHR preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to define system requirements involving fields, data structures, workflows, integrations, security, reporting, and controls.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills with ability to validate data, document logic, and translate findings for diverse audiences.
• Experience establishing reporting, audit, compliance, technology, or data governance practices in global or multi-entity organizations.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong communication across global and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Analyze HR data to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to define, document, and track KPIs supporting strategic objectives.
• Build and validate dashboard prototypes in Power BI and support enterprise implementation with IT and data teams.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR leaders, and external resources to monitor adherence to employment requirements, including US contracting rules where relevant.
• Coordinate HR audit readiness and support internal and external audits with clear documentation and validated data extracts.
• Establish and monitor HR data governance practices to protect data accuracy, privacy, and proper use across HR systems.
• Develop HR standard operating procedures and sustainable review/update processes across HR functions.
