Ideal candidates will have 6 months in customer service and fluent Portuguese and Spanish, with the ability to work 45 hours weekly across any shift.

Formación

• Availability to work 45 hours per week.

• 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
• Advanced Portuguese and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packages.
• Advance technical support for in‑house applications and development.
• Answer technical support calls with escalation to other groups.
• Provide support via email and requests.
• Document troubleshooting steps and customer incidents in detail.
• Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems and recommend solutions.
