NTT DATA Services in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our team. This Full Time role requires handling L1 support for hardware and MS Office, with opportunities to advance in-house applications and development support.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of customer service experience, be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and be available for 45 hours per week in various shifts. This position offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
