Qualifications

• 5+ years in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS processes (Planar, FinFET).
• BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering or related field.
• Expertise with Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Calibre DRC/LVS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital blocks; support full-chip integration.
• Perform layout verification (LVS/DRC/Antenna) and quality checks with documentation.
• Ensure on-time delivery of block layouts with quality; lead planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with global engineering teams to ensure project success.
