Micron Technology in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking a Layout Design engineer for the HBM team. You will design analog, mixed-signal, and digital blocks and lead layout activities across multiple projects, collaborating with global teams to meet milestones.

Applicants should have 5+ years in advanced CMOS layout, BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI, and strong Cadence VLE/VXL with Calibre DRC/LVS expertise. You will influence density, timing, and reliability of critical memory blocks.

Formación

• 5+ years in analog/custom layout design in advanced CMOS processes.
• Experience with temperature sensor, PLL, ADC/DAC, LDO and bandgap blocks.
• Expertise with Cadence and Mentor tools; layout verification.
• Understanding of matching, EMI and parasitics in layouts.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop block-level layouts for high-performance memory blocks.
• Perform LVS/DRC checks and documentation.
• Ensure on-time delivery of layout blocks with quality.
• Coordinate with global teams across multiple projects to meet milestones.
