Nubank is seeking a Senior Researcher to lead the Growth MX research agenda in Mexico, partnering with Product, Design, Data and Business to uncover drivers of sign-up, activation, and retention.

You will own end-to-end research across qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods, elevate research quality, mentor teammates, and explore AI-powered approaches to scale insights for growth across products and channels.

Qualifications

• Strong background in user experience research (UXR) and mixed methods.
• Lead end-to-end Growth MX research across qual, quant and mixed methods.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data and Business to shape growth roadmap.
• Elevate research quality with rigorous methods and storytelling.

Responsibilities
