Jobgether in Mexico is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Growth Team Lead based in Monterrey to own the design, delivery, and operation of critical systems within the platform's growth engine.

You will mentor engineers, shape engineering standards, collaborate with Product and Design, and drive architecture decisions across attribution, retention, and dynamic bonuses for international scale.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ownership of a significant production system from design to operation.
• Strong architectural and design judgment.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture, design, delivery, and production operation of Growth domain systems.
• Break down large initiatives into parallel workstreams and identify dependencies early.
• Create design documents and architecture decision records for durable direction.
• Improve code quality and introduce reusable abstractions and testing strategies.
• Lead incident investigations and postmortems with actionable improvements.
• Mentor engineers through guidance, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to identify cost-effective solutions and manage scope.
• Translate technical risks into business implications for stakeholders.
• Contribute to platform-wide growth capabilities including attribution, retention, and affiliate tooling.
