Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Content Manager in Mexico to lead content strategy, editorial planning, production, and SEO across two brands. You will manage a team of writers and editors while writing and editing yourself, aligning with sales, design, and dev teams to grow organic visibility and conversions.

• Experience delivering measurable improvements in organic search performance.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills (American English).
• Strong experience managing editorial briefs, content calendars, and publication workflows.
• Practical knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and internal linking.
• Experience with analytics/SEO tools to diagnose performance issues and opportunities.
• Experience with CMS and coordinating website content publication.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in content.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the content strategy and editorial calendar across two websites.
• Manage writers and editors, including briefs, deadlines, and feedback.
• Oversee the full content lifecycle from research to publication and optimization.
• Lead SEO strategy, keyword research, audits, and on-page optimization.
• Coordinate technical SEO with developers (Crawling, redirects, Core Web Vitals).
• Report weekly and monthly content performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
