Triwill Group in Mexico is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Growth Team Lead to own the design, delivery, and operation of critical systems within a platform-wide growth engine. You will work across attribution, retention, dynamic bonuses, and affiliate tooling to build scalable solutions that support growth at international scale.

The role goes beyond individual feature development, offering ownership of complex projects where architecture and execution require strong technical judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the design, delivery, and operation of critical systems within a platform-wide growth engine.
• Work across attribution, retention, dynamic bonuses, and affiliate tooling to build scalable solutions for international scale growth.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and influence product and design decisions.
• Translate technical risks into clear business implications and ensure stakeholders understand trade-offs.
