Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, or Technical Support roles.

• Proven experience managing operations for business-critical applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Critical/Major Incidents and ensure services are recovered quickly.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis meetings to prevent incidents from recurring.
• Review Change Requests and assess impacts on SmartER.
