Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract development, budgeting and change orders with sponsors. You will draft, negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring compliance with master agreements and internal policies.

Collaborate with Legal, Global Proposal Development and Finance to secure approvals, update study budgets and manage timelines. Strong negotiation, planning and CRM skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years Cro/pharma data experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS/CRM tools is expected.
• Excellent negotiation, planning and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate and finalize contracts/change orders with sponsors.
• Lead budget development and study scope negotiations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Business Ops for approvals.
• Ensure timely, compliant contract submissions and renewals.
• Maintain SFDC and internal budgets across projects.
