PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a General Ledger Manager to lead high-quality accounting, financial close, and reporting within our Managed Services model.

You will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and drive engagement while upholding PwC's quality standards.

Work with onshore teams, leveraging Workday Financials and AI-enabled tools to enhance regulatory reporting and financial operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, including entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee loan-level accounting and subledgers for mortgage portfolios.
• Validate recognition of servicing revenue, interest income, and amortization.
• Support preparation and analysis of financial statements under US GAAP.
• Drive process improvement and automation using Workday Financials and AI tools.
• Collaborate with PwC’s onshore teams and client stakeholders to support financial operations.
• Supervise and develop junior accountants; provide coaching and quality reviews.
• Design and execute transition and steady-state operating models for outsourced finance.
• Identify opportunities to standardize accounting workflows within Workday.
• Support transformation initiatives including offshore delivery and data analytics adoption.
