Watershed seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to own global GL, close, and audit prep as we scale. You will mentor accounting staff, implement robust controls, and ensure US GAAP reporting across entities. Knowledge of Mexican statutory reporting or UK GAAP is a plus, not required.

You’ll partner with Legal, FP&A, and Ops, drive process improvements, and coordinate external audits to keep our financials accurate, timely, and audit-ready in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of accounting experience in SaaS or tech companies.
• Experience leading audit preparation and execution.
• Strong proficiency in US GAAP and close processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and consolidation across multiple entities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage global general ledger, chart of accounts, and intercompany accounting.
• Lead and mentor accounting team in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close across Watershed entities.
• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and cash flow statements.
• Own investor and board-level financial reporting and tax compliance.
