GEODIS Mexico is seeking an experienced General Ledger Manager to lead SSC General Ledger activities across multiple countries. You will ensure quality and integrity of financial information, oversee critical closing and reporting activities, and drive accounting controls and processes.

This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, people leadership and the ability to manage international stakeholders and transformation initiatives. Fluent English is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• 10+ years in Finance/Accounting with a GL focus.
• 5+ years in GL leadership with multi-country scope.
• Experience with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 15–25+ people.
• Hands-on with SAP, Oracle or similar ERPs and Excel.
• Fluent English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the General Ledger function across multiple countries.
• Own the closing calendar and monitor progress, capacity and blockers.
• Review significant journal entries and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting.
• Coordinate monthly financial reporting for consolidation.
• Drive transformation and automation initiatives.
