Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 10 years of accounting experience.
• Proven management experience overseeing an accounting team.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP.
• Highly organized and able to perform under strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Facilitator experienced in resolving conflicts between parties.
• A decisive individual with strategic and operational focus.
• Energetic, forward-thinking with high ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the general ledger close activities within the ERP system.
• Lead a team of accountants, reviewing processes and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with financial leadership for analysis and reporting.
• Oversee SOX compliance and key controls in general accounting.
• Serve as liaison with internal and external auditors for audits.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages.
• Guide financial decisions by establishing policies and procedures.
