Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 10 years of accounting experience.
• Proven management experience overseeing an accounting team.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP.
• Highly organized and able to work under strict deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the general ledger close activities within the ERP accounting system.
• Oversee a team of accountants including review of processes, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with financial leadership for account fluctuation analysis and reporting.
• Manage SOX compliance and key controls for areas within general accounting.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external auditors for audits and schedules.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages.
• Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
