AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for a data-heavy analytics platform. You will work with Python (FastAPI/Flask), React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Docker, shaping scalable solutions from ad hoc requirements while upholding long-term maintainability.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and critical judgment.
• Comfortable with a Mac/Linux terminal environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to defend technical decisions.
• English level: upper-intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from data lake/ETL pipelines and model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while evaluating AI output.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements.
• Work daily with engineers over Slack and Google Meet.
