AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces, surface and validate data from ETL pipelines and ML outputs for a large-scale marketing analytics platform.

You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask), create React/TypeScript frontends, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and apply AI-assisted tooling with sound judgment to ensure long-term maintainability.

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL databases and migrations.
• Experience with REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with large datasets.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, with judgment to curb AI shortcuts.
• Proficiency with Mac/Linux terminal (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills: defend technical opinions and scalable solutions.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and define problems before solving.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from data lake, ETL pipelines, health-check logic, or model outputs.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) with critical judgment.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements and constraints.
• Operate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
