AgileEngine, an Inc. 5000 company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build backend services and frontend interfaces for a large-scale marketing analytics platform.

You will develop REST APIs in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and work with React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL schemas, and data-heavy applications. You will harness AI-assisted development tools with careful judgment, operate in a Mac/Linux terminal, and collaborate directly with engineers to clarify requirements in ad‑hoc settings

Formación

• 5–7 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or Flask) and TypeScript/React.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and database migrations.
• Comfortable with REST APIs; able to migrate from GraphQL where needed.
• Demonstrated experience building data-heavy applications with performance-sensitive queries.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools with critical judgment.
• High comfort level in Mac/Linux terminal environments (Bash, Makefiles).
• Strong soft skills and the ability to defend technical opinions.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and define problems in ad hoc environments.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain scalable backend services (REST APIs) and responsive frontend interfaces (React/TypeScript).
• Surface, validate, and resolve issues in data from ETL pipelines, data lake outputs, and ML model results.
• Package and manage applications using Docker.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while ensuring long-term maintainability.
• Drive conversations with engineers to clarify requirements beyond quick fixes.
• Collaborate daily with engineers via Slack and Google Meet.
