Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of front-end web development experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
• Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing and personalization software.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management software; XF is a plus.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills across Marketing and IT.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings and communicate effectively in English to collaborate with marketers and developers.
• Develop front-end experiences for A/B tests and personalization using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Ensure that testing and personalization solutions are scalable and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
• Produce technical documentation and time estimates for A/B testing and personalization work.
