Job summary

EPAM Systems in Mexico is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the rollout of impactful campaigns, blending technical marketing with creative execution. You will collaborate with multi-national teams to drive results and learn continuously in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on Marketo experience, strong HTML/CSS skills for emails, and precise QA across providers, with a focus on deliverability and regulatory compliance. Fluency in English (B2+) is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience creating and managing campaigns with Marketo Engage or similar platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for email rendering across providers.
• Experience with email testing platforms such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
• Know-how of deliverability, sender reputation, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL compliance.
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Ability to convert designs into brand-consistent emails.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive email templates and landing pages in Marketo.
• Fix HTML/CSS rendering issues across email clients and devices.
• Transform designs from Figma into rendered emails.
• Create Marketo landing pages, forms, and components.
• Set up automated engagement sequences and audiences in Marketo.
• Execute campaigns including promos, events, and webinars.
• Coordinate personalization fields, segments, and program architecture.
• Assist data accuracy and lead assignment with operations.
• Monitor delivery rates, opens/clicks/bounces, and unsubscribes.
• Perform QA checks on rendering and links.
• Plan A/B tests on subject lines, sender names, layouts, and timing.
• Assemble targeted lists via Marketo segmentation with GDPR compliance.
• Ensure UTMs and tracking URLs in materials.
• Collaborate with teams for approvals and project details.
• Schedule and manage deliverables in a busy marketing function.
• Maintain build workflows and template repositories.
• Suggest improvements using Marketo features.
