AgileEngine in Monterrey, MX is seeking a Personalization & Analytics Engineer to lead web analytics implementation, A/B testing, and campaigns using Adobe Target and Launch. You will design data layers, configure data connections in CJA or Omniture, and ensure accurate cross‑channel reporting while collaborating with marketing and UX teams.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web analytics implementation and digital optimization.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying tests in Adobe Target (VEC and Form-based experiences, Profile Scripts, Recommendations).
• Solid, hands-on experience with Tag Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Launch).
• Working experience configuring and analyzing data within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or traditional Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
• Solid understanding of digital data layers (W3C standards, event-driven data layers) and event tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous QA/data validation.

• Implement data layers and configure rules/extensions to ensure accurate behavioral tracking across web and mobile platforms.
• Configure data connections and Data Views within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to enable deep, cross-channel reporting for the analytics team.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and UX teams to assess the technical feasibility of proposed experimentation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of tag management architecture, data layers, and active Target campaigns.

• Familiarity with Single Page Application (SPA) tracking and modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Experience integrating Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics (A4T).
• Understanding of the broader Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, or Edge Network implementations.
• Experience with Server‑Side tagging or edge computing setups.
