EPAM Systems in Mexico seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team, supporting impactful email campaigns and cross-functional collaboration globally. You will leverage Marketo to build, test, and optimize campaigns while ensuring compliance and high deliverability.

You will own the end-to-end email production, collaborate with design/content, and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and QA in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years building and executing campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage or similar platforms
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for email rendering across clients
• Experience with email testing tools (Litmus or Email on Acid)
• Strong understanding of deliverability, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL compliance
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Responsabilidades

• Build, format, and modify responsive email templates and landing pages in Marketo
• Troubleshoot HTML/CSS rendering and ensure responsive rendering across clients
• Translate designs into pixel-accurate email builds
• Set up Marketo campaigns, smart campaigns, lists, and automation
• Monitor performance metrics and perform QA to ensure flawless rendering and personalization
• Plan and execute A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and layouts
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to gather requirements and approvals
• Maintain campaign calendars and accelerate production in a fast-paced environment
