Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to shape customer experiences across digital platforms. You will lead frontend development, implement HTML/JS/CSS for A/B tests, personalization, and ensure scalable, maintainable code in collaboration with Marketing and IT.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of front-end web development experience with HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Minimum 1 year leading and supervising development teams.
• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS; XF knowledge is a plus.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities with a curious, investigative mindset.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken, with clear stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create front-end functionality for A/B tests and personalization using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Conduct weekly QA/QC checks on active A/B tests and personalization campaigns.
• Draft technical documentation and time estimates for A/B testing efforts in plain English for business stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with the A/B testing and personalization team and other stakeholders across Marketing and IT.
• Ensure scalable, repeatable front-end implementations aligned with stakeholder expectations.
