Job summary

Yanfeng in Mexico is seeking a Finance Analyst to support consolidation of the Mexico Division's current status and ensure accuracy of key financial data. You will participate in timely program reporting and drive improvements in A/R management and cash application across the organization.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SAP, Hyperion, QAD and Epic/Metrix, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in an industrial company, automotive sector preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and planning background with accuracy.
• Proficient with MS Office and multiple computer systems.
• Experience with SAP and Hyperion.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate Mexico Division current status and check accuracy.
• Discuss and present final reviews with Mexico Finance leadership.
• Timely program reporting of all key financial information.
• Improve financial reporting systems and support material & labor reporting.
• React timely on profitability analysis requests.
• Ensure Hyperion validation accounts are reviewed.
• Utilize A/R aging reports to prioritize past due issues.
• Identify pricing issues at program/part-number level for self-bill customers.
• Provide reports showing price/quantity discrepancies by customer.
• Drive month-end closure of pricing retros and linking errors.
• Communicate customer debits to plant controllers (A/R).
• Drive month-end closure of debits/credits at company code level.
• Use BW reports to identify customer debits/credits.
• Support A/R management process improvements and cash collection.
