Geely Auto Mexico is seeking a Lead Finance Director to steer financial strategy, reporting, and compliance for the Mexico entity. You will align local goals with HQ, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and ERP initiatives to enable expansion.

The role requires 8+ years in international finance and at least 3 years in team leadership, with expertise in Mexican GAAP, IFRS, tax compliance, and strong partnership with operations and dealers to maximize ROI.

Lead financial strategy, operations, and compliance for the Mexico entity. Ensure alignment with HQ goals, local regulations (SAT/IFRS), and automotive industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategy to support business expansion.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis; propose corrective actions.
• Oversee financial policies, systems, and ERP implementation.

Financial Reporting & Operations:

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/annual reporting in compliance with Mexican GAAP and IFRS.
• Prepare business/financial analysis reports to identify risks/opportunities and support decision-making.
• Optimize local financial processes and internal control frameworks for compliance.

Tax & Audit Compliance:

• Ensure accurate calculation and filing of local taxes (ISR, IVA, IEPS, etc.) with SAT.
• Maintain internal controls aligned with HQ and local regulatory standards.
• Lead annual audits and liaise with external auditors.

Business Partnering & Analysis:

• Analyze profitability for New Vehicles, After-Sales, and F&I; provide pricing strategies.
• Monitor dealer KPIs (Gross Margin, DOI, DMS data) to optimize operational efficiency.
• Evaluate financial impact of business initiatives to maximize ROI.

Treasury & Cash Flow:

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years in international finance，3+experience in team management.
