Job summary

BlackLine is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of our accounting software with mid-market and enterprise clients. You will apply deep product knowledge to configure the suite, advise on best practices, and ensure exceptional service throughout complex projects.

Responsibilities include managing milestones, documenting progress, and mentoring junior consultants while developing strong executive relationships across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Consulting Services, Client Services or Professional Services.
• Two years of experience with BlackLine or similar products.
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-market to large-scale implementation projects.
• Drive milestones within budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain project documentation including hours and notes.
• Advise clients on best practices and configure products to meet needs.
• Build strong client relationships with executive sponsors and management.
• Lead, mentor and coach junior consultants.
