Baker Hughes in Mexico is seeking a Local Service Delivery Technical Manager (SDTM) for the Mexico Geozone to lead the Technical Advising, Applications Engineering, Laboratory, Reliability, and Technical Support teams, ensuring safe, compliant and high-quality service execution.

You will drive technical excellence across the service delivery lifecycle, support business growth, develop capabilities, and present strategies and performance updates to customers and senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in Field Service, Technical Advising, or related leadership.
• Experience leading technical teams in field operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Preference for experience in Latin America and Portuguese (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead Applications Engineering, Technical Advising, Reliability, Laboratory and Technical Support teams.
• Promote HSE excellence and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide technical leadership for planning, risk assessment, execution and post-job evaluation.
