Baker Hughes in Mexico and Latin America is seeking a Field Specialist Mechanical Steam Turbine and Compressors to lead onsite installation, maintenance, testing and startup of centrifugal compressors and steam turbines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field service or maintenance, a preferred bachelor degree, and can travel up to 80%.

Formación

• Bachelor degree preferred; turbines product line training required.
• 5+ years of field service or maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of Steam Turbines and Compressors maintenance procedures.
• Experience in outages, commissioning, and installation.
• Knowledge of L1 service – boroscopies.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to work offshore and overseas.
• TBOSIET/THUET certificates are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction and safe site leadership for installation, maintenance, testing and startup on centrifugal compressors and steam turbines.
• Follow maintenance or installation activity schedules on customer equipment in the field.
• Collaborate with crew members on installations and/or maintenance at customer sites.
• Follow Site Quality Checklists and coordinate with customer representatives.
• Submit all required records of activities to the Baker Hughes IET Supervisor.
• Adhere to service processes, procedures, and Baker Hughes core values.
