Hitachi Energy is seeking a General Field Sales Senior Professional to drive growth in the assigned territory. You will build strong customer relationships, craft winning sales strategies, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

You will lead negotiations, deliver technical presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. English fluency is required; travel is extensive.

Formación

• 7–10 years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record.
• Experience selling complex technology solutions or industrial products.
• Strong English language skills; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capture new business opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new customers while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that deliver value.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to technical teams and executive leaders.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and customer data in CRM systems.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and Hitachi Energy’s product roadmap.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness.
