Hitachi Energy is seeking a Sales Support Expert to provide functional and technical support throughout the sales process, ensuring customers obtain product knowledge and solutions. You will bridge inquiries to service delivery and related commercial processes, delivering cost-effective engineering solutions.

The role involves creating engineering proposals, coordinating across units, and presenting technical aspects in meetings with customers and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, required.
• 5–6 years of experience in high voltage products and services.
• Knowledge of high-voltage products and transformers.
• Desirable familiarity with AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Create engineering proposals for products and systems, including drawings.
• Review risk analysis with partners before submitting proposals.
• Define project tasks, schedule, cost, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate work plans and cost estimates across engineering disciplines.
• Prepare proposals, BOMs, and engineering hours for projects.
• Collaborate with customers to shape and deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Support sales with technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
