Job summary

PepsiCo Australia is seeking a Sales Specialist to maximise on-shelf presence, conduct in-store sampling and promotions, and ensure strict adherence to planograms. You will report deviations to the pre-seller and provide up-to-date market information to support sales opportunities while executing all in-store activities through the PACE system.

You will maintain perfect store standards, manage data accuracy, and contribute to achieving KPI targets across designated TT outlets, using FIFO stock

Qualifications

• Valid driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-School Certificate or higher.
• Healthy and physically fit to fulfil assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Call on TT outlets per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within TT stores in various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
• Place POS material next to SSFL displays where applicable.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behaviour in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
• Monitor market developments, define marketing objectives, and sales methods for designated stores.
• Oversee implementation of sales GTM and promotional programs.
• Prepare specialized sales-related reports and store them per approved policies.
