Systlabs is seeking a sales team lead to manage a group of field sellers and drive a portfolio across hypermarkets, supermarkets, gas stations, convenience stores and kiosks in a defined geographic area.

You will oversee territory coverage, achieve KPI targets such as store coverage and promotions, build lasting relationships with customers, and ensure promotions are executed from day one.

• Lead a team of field sellers to build a strong regional portfolio.
• Maintain and grow defined customer databases for self and team.
• Hit KPI targets for the region including coverage, distribution and promotions.
• Develop excellent customer relationships and deliver first-class service.
• Execute promotions in-store according to agreed conditions from day one.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of field sellers to develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Gas Stations, Convenience and Kiosks.
• Ensure territory coverage and complete all calls allocated to the team.
• Achieve defined KPI targets for the region (coverage, distribution, placements, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with first-class service.
• Implement promotions in-store from day one per agreed terms.
