NCR Voyix Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Employee and Labor Relations Specialist to drive and implement policy, advise leaders on labor matters, and support organizational change across LATAM. You will coach managers, handle complex investigations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain thorough case records for senior management.

This role requires a bachelor's degree, 12+ years of ER/LR experience, and strong communication and analytical skills to navigate union

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field.
12+ years of experience in employee and labor relations or a similar HR role.
In-depth knowledge of LATAM labor laws and regulations.
CHRP designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with leaders to implement employee and labor relations policies and support business objectives.
Provide professional advice on labor matters to leaders and managers.
Facilitate performance management and organizational change initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Lead and conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for senior management.
Coach managers on effective labor relations practices.
