Newell Brands in Mexico City seeks a Lead, Employee Relations to advise business partners and manage ER issues, coaching managers and driving policy interpretation. You will own grievance management, investigations, training, performance support and workforce restructurings, coordinating with Legal, HR Ops and LATAM teams to ensure compliance and fair treatment.

Fluency in Spanish and 3–5 years ER experience are required, with strong analytics and collaboration across functions to enable strong

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of ER experience or HR generalist with ER focus.
• Fluency in Spanish; English fluency for collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws applicable to Mexico and LATAM.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, project management and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to conduct confidential investigations and maintain discretion.
• Leadership experience or ability to influence without authority.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively provide ER counseling and policy interpretation.
• Manage grievance processes and facilitate resolution.
• Conduct confidential investigations with thorough documentation.
• Partner with Legal and HR to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver training on ER topics to managers and staff.
• Support performance management and improvement plans.
• Coordinate cross-border ER matters within LATAM.
