NIQ is seeking an Associate Director of Global Labor and Employment Law (LATAM) to advise senior leaders and HR on complex workplace matters across LATAM. This role requires strong judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead investigations and labor relations initiatives in a global consumer intelligence company.

You will partner with HR and compliance stakeholders, shape employment strategy, and manage cross-border employment issues, restructurings, and M&A-related matters while

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with LATAM focus and multi-jurisdictional expertise.
• Experience advising on employee relations, investigations, and labor matters across LATAM.
• In-house or mix of law firm and in-house experience with senior leadership exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex employee relations matters, including disputes and investigations.
• Advise on disciplinary, workforce changes, and employment strategy across jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on compliance with evolving employment laws in LATAM.
• Support strategic initiatives like restructurings and outsourcing while managing risk.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Privacy, and other functions to deliver compliant programs.
