Placements24 represents a premier hospitality client in Mexicali seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across outlets, banquets, and room service. You will drive profitability, ensure top-quality service, and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic hotel environment.

The role requires strategic oversight, menu engineering expertise, and strong leadership to elevate guest experiences while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards in Mexicali.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple F&B outlets and large-scale catering/banquet operations.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of trends, menu engineering, and inventory management systems.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and liquor laws/regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while controlling costs.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, beverage selection, service, and presentation.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships for all F&B outlets.
• Develop training programs for F&B staff to enhance service and product knowledge.
• Create and execute innovative menus and promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of F&B professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for events and promotions.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting for the F&B department.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational efficiency and standards.
