Job summary

Homma Talent is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations including Room Service and outlets, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage. This role focuses on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Culinary/Hospitality, at least four years in F&B management within luxury or full-service hotels, strong cost control, scheduling, and English proficiency; due to TN visa restrictions only

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary/Hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum four years of management experience in Food & Beverage.
• Experience in luxury or full-service hotel environments preferred.
• English language reading/writing/oral proficiency required.
• Visa eligibility limited to Mexico and Canada due to TN visa rules.

• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, and budgets.
• Lead on-the-job training sessions for the Room Service department and other F&B outlets.

• Develop and maintain consistent standards for presentation, service, and guest experience.

Job Description

The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation, including Room Service and all F&B outlets, under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Food & Beverage. This person will ensure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and financial performance by leading the team, upholding service standards, and driving continuous improvement across all outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, facilities, sales, and cost management.
• Ensure proper scheduling of staff within established guidelines and manage payroll and budgetary matters.
• Implement and lead on-the-job training sessions for the Room Service department and other F&B outlets.
• Ensure consistent execution of all service standards across every touchpoint of the guest experience.
• Develop and maintain consistent standards for presentation, service, and guest experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary/Hospitality management or related degree.
• Preferred experience in hospitality and food & beverage operations, with a minimum of four years of management experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within a luxury or full-service hotel environment.
• Solid understanding of F&B operations, cost control, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.
• 70,000 USD Annual Gross Income.
• Accommodation provided during 1st month at the hotel.
