Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Headhunter to lead complex search assignments for C-suite and senior leadership roles from Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. You will manage the full cycle from client consultation and market mapping to candidate identification and negotiation.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in executive search, a strong Mexican market network, fluency in Spanish and English, and mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex executive search projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct client intake sessions to define leadership competencies and organizational needs.
• Develop search strategies with market analysis and competitor intelligence.
• Identify, engage, and assess candidates for senior roles, including passive candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives and industry leaders.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and reference checks.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles and assessments.
• Guide clients and candidates through offers and onboarding.
• Support business development by identifying new client opportunities.
