Human Quality - HQP in Mexico City is seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to bridge business development and candidate delivery. You will prospect B2B clients for executive search and HR solutions and run a full-cycle recruitment process from start to finish.

You should have a proven track record in dual B2B sales and recruiting, strong knowledge of HR services and executive search markets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to hit targets and meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a dual role (B2B Sales + Headhunting/Recruiting).
• Solid understanding of the HR services and executive search market.
• Strong focus on hitting commercial targets and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and close key accounts for headhunting and specialized HR services.
• Account Management: Build strong advisory relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and present top-tier candidate slates for key positions.
