Qualificações

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in executive search, retained recruiting, or senior-level talent consulting.
• Proven success in conducting searches for challenging leadership roles in competitive markets.
• Expertise in utilizing advanced search methodologies, networking, and market intelligence tools.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior executives effectively.

• Fluency in Spanish; professional proficiency in English.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Torreón, Coahuila area and work in a hybrid capacity.

Responsabilidades
