Qualifications

• 15+ years of Active Directory experience.
• Strong PowerShell and automation skills.
• Experience in customer-facing or consulting environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for Identity, Security, and Modern Work solutions.
• Assess platform health, security posture, resiliency, and operational readiness.
• Lead technical workshops and customer enablement sessions.
• Troubleshoot complex identity and infrastructure challenges.
• Support migrations, modernization programs, and strategic deployments.
• Develop remediation plans based on business and technical impact.
