Qualifications

• Degree inMechanical/Electrical/related field with automotive/EV focus.
• 6+ years in automotive component design, EV systems emphasis.
• Proficiency in CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, COMSOL for design/analysis.
• Deep knowledge of EV architecture, batteries, motors, power electronics, charging standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop EV components including battery systems and thermal systems.
• Use CAD/CAE tools to create 3D models, simulations, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, software, and manufacturing teams in a remote environment.
• Analyze designs for performance, durability, weight reduction and cost.
• Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards and EV requirements.
• Research technologies and materials to drive EV component innovation.
• Prepare design documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical leadership through development lifecycle.
