Firework is seeking a hands-on Sr. Sales Development Representative to accelerate our enterprise sales pipeline across North America and LatAm. You will conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with the Sales team to drive meetings and pipeline growth.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree is required and experience owning outbound lead generation.
1+ year in outbound prospecting and qualifying top-of-funnel opportunities in high-velocity or enterprise settings.
Experience using CRM systems to generate leads and manage pipeline.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude) to improve outreach and efficiency.
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially to C-level executives.

Responsabilidades

Research accounts and contact prospects to set meetings and generate pipeline in North America and LatAm.
Conduct discovery conversations with inbound and outbound prospects.
Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and create opportunities for the Sales team.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
Join live customer calls and potentially lead pitches to build credibility.
Leverage AI tools to research accounts and automate workflows.
Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and other sales tools.
