You will bridge raw data systems with the agentic layer, architect and scale data pipelines, and ensure high-quality, real-time data for AI agents across the business.

Formación

• Data architecture design for AI-enabled systems.
• Strong focus on data quality, latency, and freshness.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, and product teams.
• Hands-on production-grade data engineering experience.
• Experience with identity graphs and real-time data processing.
• Ability to build scalable data pipelines and data graphs.
• Familiarity with AI data integration and orchestration workflows.
• On-call production support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Data Architecture & Development: Build data architecture and catalogs for AI consumption with scale.
• Customer Graphs & Identity: Develop identity graphs and real-time insights for agentic systems.
• Operational Excellence: Set data quality standards, latency targets, and index freshness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, PMs, decision scientists, and data scientists.
• AI Integration & Automation: Lead pipelines for data delivery across databases and APIs.
• Software Engineering: Deliver production-grade software with secure, optimized code.
• Code Quality Assurance: Evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
• On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotations to triage production data issues.
