Unisys is seeking a Sr Enterprise Mobility Engineer in Mexico City to oversee mobility provisioning, lifecycle management, and escalations. You will coordinate with carriers and vendors, maintain the CMDB, and produce performance reports for stakeholders.

The role requires 7 years in mobility services, strong ITIL and ServiceNow skills, and fluent English. Expect collaboration with global teams and a focus on process improvement and knowledge management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, STEM majors, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end mobility provisioning in ServiceNow and lifecycle management.
• Manage L2/L3 ticket escalation and resolve mobile device, app, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with carriers/vendors to troubleshoot hardware/service incidents.
• Maintain ServiceNow CMDB integrity with regular audits and updates.
• Create and share reports to track performance and trends.
• Provide guidance to L1 on processes, troubleshooting, and KB updates.
